SHIPPING METHODS
We use a variety of shipping services to get your package to you - UPS, FedEx, US Post Office, etc. Regardless of how we ship, you will never pay more than the rates shown below for ground shipping. Priority Mail delivers in 2-3 Business days, while UPS Ground can take up to 7 days, depending on which part of the country we are shipping to. (Quicker shipping methods MAY be an option - please email or call us if you need something in a hurry!)

All charges are automatically calculated when you place your order.
Shipping Rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order:
- $0.00 to $99.98 - $11.95
- $99.99 to $199.98 - $13.95
- $199.99 and up - $15.95
We will gladly ship ouside USA using real time USPS or UPS rates based on the country destination.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Avenue South accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.
Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the products we sell, and carry only quality products from reputable suppliers that meet our criteria. We are sure you will be happy with your purchases and guarantee that each item is as described and pictured. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item to us, we ask that you return it to us within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Email us for a return authorization number and the correct return address. Packages arriving without this return authorization number will be refused. ( Do not return to the address on the package. We may provide you with a different return address. Please email us for the correct address ).
Although it rarely happens, an item may break while it is in transit to you. This is our problem, not yours. Damaged items may be returned for repair or replacement. If an item arrives damaged, keep the item in its original packaging, and notify us immediately. We will arrange for pickup of the package and have it returned to us at no expense to you. When we receive the damaged item back, a replacement will be shipped to you.
